Logging in
- Access the Login page and enter your name and password.
- If you are experiencing problems logging in, please check the following:
- Check your browser options and make
sure that the cookie option has been set up for Accepting all cookies.
This is the most common reason for login failure.
- The server may be busy and will not let you login. Try to login again after 10 to 30 minutes.
If there is a problem with a specific server, clearing your browser cache and then restarting
your browser should clear up the login problem.
- You may be logging in to the wrong login page or domain.
Verify that the URL is correct and in lower case only. The login page title should match
the domain.
- Your Password is incorrect. Click on the Password Reminder link and
supply your chosen reminder question & answer in order to reveal your correct password.
When you have completed login, a Welcome page opens up with a menu bar in the
left frame. A notification appears telling you whether new messages
have arrived since your last login. You can now choose tasks from the menu bar.
Note: You will not be notified of new incoming mail that has been
deleted or moved by user-defined filters.
